MKA, created in 2007 as a boutique office, provides specialized services in labor, civil, contractual sports, compliance and ESG areas, offering high quality service and legal security.

Our initial experience in the banking sector provided us with a solid foundation that enabled us to expand our services to other economic sectors. Our services include preventive law, representation of clients in judicial and administrative proceedings and trade union issues.
Our detailed approach, in most cases, determines a favorable outcome to our clients’ demands. During all the stages of the work, our team of professionals is committed to the accuracy of information, and each client receives a customized and unique treatment.
With two strategic offices, one located in São Paulo and another one in Brasília, the firm renders services throughout Brazil. We directly manage the matters under our care and personally attend all courts’ hearings, including at Labor Superior Court, Superior Court of Justice and Federal Supreme Court.
